Poor hygiene standards

I've raised a complaint via Famous Brands about food bought at FishAways in Beyerspark Boksburg on the 14 June 2022. I've sent them photos of what I found in my onion rings. I received a case number but no interest from them to try and understand or get more information about the photos sent or rather what was in it. This makes me believe that hygiene, food safety and HACCP is of little to no interest to them.
