POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I experienced the worst customer service at Fishaways Cresta Mall. They have now implemented a self-service machine on which we have to place our orders. I then proceeded to place my order at 15h09, at 15h33 I proceeded to go and ask how much longer the order will take just to find out they haven't even started. The lady at the counter was very dismissive when I asked her and told me the order didn't pull through on their side. She saw me sitting for some time after placing the order by the machine and didn't even bother coming to ask and check my slip. Very dissatisfied with the behaviour.
