Poor Customer Service

I have ordered on the MR DELIVERY on the 24th of September order 139.80 I didn't receive my order.

The order was canceled by the the shop.. I didn't receive any food.. Mr D consultant called me on Wednesday requesting a bank statement, I sent everything but my wallet is not credited.
