Poor Customer Service and Bad Ethics

Yesterday Me and my friend went there to buy food at 22h35. The lady selling (Julia) sold to my friend and when I was ordering she told me that they have closed and it was 22h40. I asked what time they close she said they close at "23h00", how ironic because it was 22h40 when i was trying buy. I told her that theres still alot of time left and now she said they close at "22h45" and said I should go buy elsewhere because she's not going to take my order and she said I can even speak to Zandile!!! When I asked to speak to the manager she called Zandile and told me that they are both mangers. I told Zandile about the ordeal and Itried to lay a complaint of what just happened and she told me I should go buy elsewhere also and that there's nothing I can do beacause they are the owners. The lady whom didn't want to sell to me became more obnoxiously arrogant and very disrespectful next to her supervisor. At 22h55 Zandile was called to the kitchen and my order was suddenly ready and now I became agitated that why did I have to go through that experience first before getting my order. I refused the food because the attitude I received from the two managers was not proper. And even the staff in the kitchen were the ones who did my order and told Zandile that its free but I declined, how appalling behaviour and such arrogance from the two managers. Furthermore they even allowed my friend to make an eft payment after they said they have "closed" to pay for the meal that was said is free. These are also no good business ethichs because they say this and do the opposite. I even have videos of the ordeal and sound recordings...
