Poor customer service

Firstly before I buy I asked the cashier if they have fresh coslo (course last time when I bought it it wasn't fresh) And she asked in what manner wasn't fresh. I said to her, it wasn't made the same day . She said all their food is prepared same day. I made an order, whilst still making an order, the person who makes them came in, and she asked how long does her salads take to go off, and she said from 10am to 10am the following day. I made an order hoping for the change. when I get into the office wanting to it, the salad was just not fresh. I don't know if there is no refrigators to keep it fresh even if it was made a day before course I also make coslo and keep it for the following day. What I didn't like most besides the salad being off, is the attitude of that cashier who helped me. Before I complained online, I deceided to make her aware of the coslo they sell, but she still gave me the off coslo. I am not looking foward to buy here anytime soon.
