Poisoned food

My brother went to purchase my mother and I some food so my mother and I decided on fishaways while he chose another place. When he got back we had our meal we both ordered a platter for one which is chips,fish,prawn pops and calamari rings however both my mother and I said that it tasted weird it had a strong burning acidic taste to it almost as if medicine or even deodorant was sprayed on the food, my brother pointed out that he noticed the guy at the back spraying the grill with Q20 and after having a piece of the fish said that it was definitely Q20 or a Q20 substitute, now my brother is a mechanic he knows what Q20 is and is able to identify it well and Q20 is not something to ingest it is poisonous it is highly dangerous if consumed thankfully we picked up on the taste rather fast but it has left my mother and I with burning throats and numb tongue ,sore stomachs and a horrible taste in our mouth.
