Placed my order in the evening, contacted half an hour later to be informed that they do not and will not deliver

<p>Sunday 25 September 2016. I google searched Fishaway's in Roodepoort as I stay in Roodepoort. </p> <p>Address was Lifestyle crossing, Roodepoort. ********** . I called in, and the guy took my order. He read out my complete address as on the system and the conversation ended with him letting me know it will be delivered. </p> <p>About 30 minutes later i was called back by the manager, Charles, informing me that they do not deliver to my location. They are based 6km away and didn't mention this when I ordered. I had friends over and placed a big order. He then proceeded to tell me NO he will Not deliver to my address because they mixed the address up with one closer to their location and if I wanted the food I'd have to inconvenience myself to go there to fetch it. He was apologetic but insisted that they will not deliver. This left myself and friends in a predicament. This is unfair and completely not wrong treatment of customers. He did not mention he will contact a closer branch nor provide me with any alternate details. </p>
