**** poor service

Went to fishaways midway mews tonight. Such a waste of my time and patience. Firstly dont even get greeted by the cashier/order lady. Secondly what looks like a poor excuse of a manager hanging on tue counters ignoring us as we waited to order. Eventually after placing our order we go to steers. Fifteen minutes after ordering a simple hake and rice, we go back again to be ignored. I ask if the order is ready and get ignored again by the cashier. The manager doesnt even have the decency to look my direction. I wait another 5 minutes and lose my temper as the stores was quiet, threr people that ordered after me get their orders and are on their way. I am waiting like an idiot for the smallest order on the menu. I ask for my money back and the manager too proud and interested in chatting up the ladies obliges with a smile on his face. No apology, like he doesnt care at all that paying customers are walking out his shop. Well played guys. Great customer service.
