****pie Service and Empty promises By Fish Aways Newtown Junction ????????

Ordered food online today at around 13H00 and Newtown Fish Aways was automatically selected by the system. Spent an hour and a half waiting for the food ????. Then I decided to call them. At first they acted like they do not know me and hung up whilst I was still providing them with my order number. Then I called the second time and a different person answered and I was told that my order has been cancelled because I was not answering my phone they called me. At that time I have not received a call from them nor seen their missed call. I then asked them to call me back and they did immediately and the lady I was speaking to was shouting at me and being rude, insisting on the lie that she called me. I then asked for their customer care line or complaints department and she said they do not have it and hung up on me. I called them again and asked if I will be getting my order and they told me that they call me back. I waited for about 50 minutes then I called them back and they told me that they do not have drivers available. When I asked about how to escalate the matter Linda told me she will give the owner my contact number for him to call me. And as I'm typing this, I have not had lunch and the branch owner has not called me.
