Pathetic service Fishaways Canal Wal****

I would like to bring it to Fishaways attention that I had a terrible experience at the Fishaways Canal walk branch yesterday 05 Jan 2020. I had placed my order at 19:30pm and have been waiting and waiting. I had seen a few customers that placed their orders after me for more items was helped before me and I placed my order before these clients for the same order. I went up to the cashier and informed them I have been waiting for a long time and have not received my order but the other clients did. Your staff asked for my slip and said that I had collected. Now this ****ed me off. I have been waiting for more than an hour for two orders and your staff clearly did not make my order. Now keep in mind I could've gone to any other take out but I chose Fishaways only to get this service????Your staff didn't have any care in the world while they continue to make other clients orders and I had to wait more than an hour. This is totally unaccepted and Fishaways Canal walk have to improve on their service to clients. I purchase many items all the time and this is the type of service I get??? Bare In mind that I only left Fishaways 20:45pm really now??!!Pathetic
