Pathetic service and missing items from order at Fishaway Zewenwacht Mall

After standing in the queue for 20 minutes (just 4 people ahead of me) I was told that their card machine was offline. They should have informed customers before the time and not let them wait in the queue. Luckily my wife had cash, so we bought a Family Platter, which, according to the menu, had calamari strips. When we got home we found that there was no calamari strips in our bag. because the mall was very full and traffic was bad and they did not give me a receipt, I decided not to bother going back.
