Pathetic service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We ordered supper on Friday evening round about 19.15, fist of all we had to call several times as we got the call centre and their service was pathetic, they couldn't get the address then we realised we are not speaking to someone in Oudtshoorn we called again asked to speak to someone in oudtshoorn hold a few minutes finally got someone in Oudtshoorn, who informed us our supper will be delivered within 45 minutes we waited an hour called back again was informed the driver left with the food, and it will be delivered within 15 minutes, 30 minutes wens by still no food we called again driver left with the food and will be delivered with in 15minutes AGAIN!!!! 30 MINUTES PASSED still no food. We called again and a lady informed us that they are having a busy evening ... that i can understand but why did we have to call so many times wrong information was given to us!!! Fine our food arrived 21.15 by the time the food arrived we were all tired and not even hungry anymore
