Pathetic service

<p>This is a complaint that I put on facebook, to which I received no response, and it has been 2 days now:</p> <p> </p> <p>Pathetic service from Fishaways flamwood in Klerksdorp. Not only did they not have fish cakes as usual (you should just take it of the menu), but they did not prepare the entire order, so halfway home I had to go back, to order the rest of my order. When we got home it just got worse. One of the meals did not have its chips, and our grilled calamari was not only fried, but it's clearly someone else's leftovers, because it was so salty and drenched in lemon juice you can't eat it. The best was the hake nuggets, that is actually just a piece of hake cut up into smaller pieces! We called the restaurant and asked that they deliver our correct order, because we live quite a way from the shop, (why should we drive all the way back to collect our order again, if it's their fault?) they actually refused! This is the WORST food and service ever! And the staff is not trained to handle orders or customer service. Very disappointed</p>
