Pathetic service

Fishaways Umgeni rd Durban is pre *********** and extremely poor at service delivery. I purchased a prawn wrap that was completely untidy and dishevelled when I saw it at the store. I have the photo to prove it. The manager diana did not even apologise and the kitchen server was rude and arrogant when we question the food. As for the teller we barely got a response and we were completely ignored. The most unbearable experience. This needs to be taken seriously!!!
