Pathetic service

Bought platter for 4 at dobsonville outlet on the 29 April 2021 and the rice was totally off, meaning it was rotten.

I communicated with their help desk on the 30th April 2021 and up to this day they haven't responded. What's strange is that they keep on sending me promotions, whereas they haven't resolved my complaint.
