PATHETIC SERVICE

This is not the first time I ordered from Fishaways in Weston circle, previously I have had great service until tonight. I placed my order at 19:14, i called them at about 9pm asking them where my order is, i asked to speak to the manager who then called the driver to find out where he is. The manager called me back only to tell me that the card machine was not working, why couldn't they tell me when I placed the order that the machines are offline, the driver however told the manager that he had called me saying the machines were offline which he never even called me. I had no cash on me and me being a female was definitely not going at 9pm to draw money by an atm. I cancelled my order with them and am totally disgusted in their service
