PATHETIC SERVICE

On 16/08/2022 we decided to go and buy Fishaways from the Noordheuwel branch in Krugersdorp. Upon getting there, there was no one who helped the people that wants to order, about 5 minutes after waiting a lady came to take orders. The the phoned rang and it was another 10 minutes wait before our order was taken. I ordered at 18:33. Then at 18:55 I asked her how long it's going to take, then I'm told there's only 2 people in the kitchen. (How is that my problem?) I got our food at 19:27. She wasn't friendly at all and I will NEVER support this business again because I will for sure get better service at a different sea food place. When I got in the car my order was not fully packed and I had to go back. This is what happens if staff members is chatting to the Mr D food delivery service drivers. DISGUSTED IN THE SERVICE
