I have just been to the Ballito branch of Fish aways and ordered a family platter which consists of 4 hake filets and rice. I specifically asked for the fish to be grilled. I got home and opened my meal to find 3 pieces of hake and rice. R184. 00. The oil seeping through the packet. Called the manager only for her to say sorry it was a mistake. Me as a customer must be the biggest fool to accept this the second time around. I am just appalled at the service that I was just given and being ********** and also being taken for a fool that may not know the difference between grilled and fried hake. The price for a family platter is disgusting.
