Pathetic customer service and presentation

Fishaways in kyalami barbeque downs is pathetic, everytime you order you either dont get fresh chips or ****** on the calamari when ordering the f11 (good life meal) which has now happened more than one occasion . Today I ordered a honey soy fish pot , and thank goodness I checked my meal, and there was no soy sauce given and in a unbranded takeaway box, and furthermore I had to ask for a serviette , utensils and the store has no salt to put in the take away bag. This store is pathetic!!
