Order not delivered. Store not resolving

We ordered for delivery and the delivery person did not arrive with our food. The store then closed and no one followed up. We tried to contact the store and no one has assisted with the missing order. This is the fishaways in Mthatha and they still have not delivered our food not returned the money spent on the food.
