Online Order Caution

I Ordered take away online from their branch in Dawn Park for delivery, they called me back to say that they only open at 11am, why take orders before the time then. Secondly order arrived without the coleslaw that I paid for, it is not a lot of money but I think they do this on purpose because they know what a hassle it is for you to get a refund, that is why most people dont even bother.
