On-line orders a real disaster!!!

The Summerstrand, PE franchise at the Sasol garage has always provided very good food....that is if you are prepared to order at the branch and wait for your food. Don't even try ordering on line. After waiting for 45 min, I called just to check that my order is on the way. The gentleman on the other side of the phone was most unhelpful, telling me that they are very busy, that I should just wait, and that the delivery guy is busy with all the deliveries. At 19h55, the same gentleman had the ordacity to call me and to ask whether I would still want my food? He was sorry and informed me that they had lost my "slip" ( this was an on line slip )What is so shocking, is to even ask me if I would still like the food which I had actually paid for almost two hours earlier. ( this only because I know they close at 8 pm). I duly informed him that if he had bothered to check on my order when I called at 7 pm, he would not have been asking me such a ridiculous question at this time.
