Disappointing Experience at Fishaways Magalies View

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Fishaways Magalies View for the second time. Despite ordering online for collection, it took an unacceptable 45 minutes for my order to be ready. But that was only the beginning - when I finally received my order, the food was cold and half-cooked.

This is not the first time I've encountered such poor service from this franchise, and it's clear that there's a disconnect between the employees and the restaurant's standards. The lack of passion and attention to detail is alarming.

For a fast-food chain, speed and quality are crucial. Fishaways Magalies View failed to deliver on both counts. Until they address these issues, I would not recommend this location to anyone.
