Non existent client service for food not received - no refund in 2 weeks

Today is 15 May - its been 2 weeks since this ordeal (1 May) where I ordered food that wasn't delivered - R450 later.

Up to today, no one has contacted me. The social media team keep on making promises. I've now emailed ICASA to assist with a consumer protection complaint. I want my money back that is RIGHTFULLY mine. GUYS, stay away is all I can say.
