No service

I placed an order at 12:38, the order came at 13:00 with 2 meals instead of 3.

The driver said he will come back, an hour later the food was not delivered.

I spoke to Patrick the manager and he assured me that the food will be delivered, he called back at 14:19 saying the driver is on his way,

It's now 15:38 and the food hasn't been delivered.
