No more fish for me from FIsherways

I will unfortunately never order any food from Fisherways Lorrain in PE. again.On Friday 28th of January 2022, I went there and placed an order for the hake platter for 4, medium Calamari and prawn pops. The bill came to over R400. When we got home, the order had a bit of a bad smell but we did not think too much of it. When we however started eating our food was not fresh and I ended up throwing out most of the order. It was especially the calamari that tasted bad. I could not get through to their landline as the line had a huge volume of callers. So I only got through to the manager today who stated their policy requires the food to be returned if there is a problem.I do understand that but feel somehow she should have been more sympathetic with a dissapointed client. She had no problem when I said I will never buy anything from them again.So, madam, I will never put my foot there again. And will most definitely use my WOM to get the message across to others.
