No Customer Toilets available
No customer toilets available to buying costumes at Fish Aways and Steers at Heritage Centre in Hillcrest, Durban. The staff of Fish Aways and Steers directed me to toilets at the neighbouring Engen petrol station (which failed) and then to other toilets within the vast 'complex' (which were closed). I do not believe this is in line with eThekwini municipality by-laws for food and beverage establishments. This is not to mention against any logical customer service.
