No coleslaw

I bought 2 hake meals at fishaways in liberty Midlands mall and they never give the coleslaw with either of the meals and also they don't give any change..I didn't mind about the change cos it was very little but then if you think about all the people that they not giving change to how much that adds up to and who is taking that money..the owner or the staff..the fish was so small also..I took pic of how thin it was..
