No acknowledgement of complaint lodged

I bought a prawn pops and hake combo and it was supposed to come with a coleslaw at the Jeffreys Bay outlet. Needless to say when I was given the order, I didn't check and drove off because I trust that you will give me the complete order after paying for it. When I got home, 50km later I checked and realised that the coleslaw was not added to the order even though I paid for it. I informed Fishaways via email of this and you know what? Zero acknowledgement of mail, no phone call, zilch.

Pathetic!
