My fishaways order came with rice that was off and tasted like it's been off for days!

I ordered a good life meal for two last night from Fish aways in Cosmo city, when the meal arrived the rice was off, I couldn't even eat it, it tasted like it had to sitting for a couple of days. I was also given literally 3 calamari strips. This is totally unacceptable and wrong, you can't sell food that is off to people. I demand my money back because this was a total waste of my money. To make this worse when I call the store to complain they put me on hold each time after hearing my complaint, I logged a complaint on their app and no one has gotten back to me. The service from fish aways is a disgrace to customer service
