Missing Order from Fishways Parktown

I had ordered F4 menu(Chips, fish, rice & coleslaw) by fishways Parktown, then arranged for collection. collected the order 1h30 min ago. To my surprise when get to work I see coleslaw missing from what I have ordered!! I then tried contacting the store they keep hanging up on me (airtime wasted). also tried sending an email, no response as yet! My order number is ***7.. I'm really disappointed in how fishways is handling this matter
