Missing items - bad customer service

Hi Last night we ordered a couple of meals from your El Corro branch in Northcliff. One of the meals was supposed to come with coleslaw. After I collected the meal and took it home, we realized there was no coleslaw. The guy in the branch didn't seem to know what he was doing. He kept shuffling things around on the counter instead of fetching the food and bringing the credit card machine. Then he just stared at me for a while and giggled. It was very rude and uncomfortable. And, obviously, he gave me the bag without any coleslaw. Perhaps you need to train your staff properly in the ways of customer service. Thank you.
