Missing item from order

I love Fishaways food and order from time to time mainly for delivery. However with my most recent purchase from Fishaways Flamwood, Klerksdorp an item speciried in the menu item (coleslaw) was missing. When I phoned the branch all they did was trying to convince it was packed in the box. The box was sealed so that could not be true.I can accept when a mistake is made but when the person blindly insists that no mistake was made it ****es me off. I did not want the item specially delivered after the fact as the food received was quite tasty and ample. Using logic, why would I make the effort to call in with a complaint wanting nothing in return. An apology was all that was required, not rude incompetence.
