Misleading Service and inconvenience service rendered

Order a meal last night for my immediate family , We order 2 meals at Fisherways Dainfern at 18:58 and order was accepted - After 2hours , a Lady called in to only advised then that after 5 they do not do deliveries in my area, I asked why was the order accepted, She mumbled....We had no plans to cook and slept hungry as we were craving sea food, My wife , Son and I slept hungry because of this ridiculous poor service and inconveniences - I called the head office and was promised this will be laid as a formal complaint - i Am still waiting - So disappointed
