Misleading menu and overcooked fish

I ordered 2 f8s, which the menu clearly states that it is hake and chips, however, when I got home the fish was clearly not hake! It tasted more like yellowtail as the texture is much firmer than hake! Guess in tough times, all businesses are trying to cut costs but you should be transparent and make customers aware of changes...I may not like the fish you choose to change to! To make it worse, the piece of fried fish was so hard, that it was completely unappetizing and inedible! Also, I bought fish nuggets for my daughter and same problem! Have bought these on numerous previous occasions and it was definitely hake! Even my daughter complained and said that the fish was hard, and she usually is a big fan of the fish nuggets and rice! Pity, despite my numerous previous and mostly pleasant takeaways from fishsways, your drop in standards and lack of transparency will result in me not supporting your business in future!
