Midway mews fishaways

Myself and my girlfriend went ro fishaways on friday night, got home and saw that our foor was old. We ordered a large hake meal, hake slider, calamari burger and prawn pops. After eating my slider we realised that the buns had mold on them, we tried getting through to the branch but their lines are not working. Phoned their head office to get hold of the store manager, got through to him that way. Said he was very sorry and asked how he can make up for their mistake. Decided the following morning we will give them a chance to fix their mistake and took him up on his offer of a free meal. Gave him the order which wasnt alot, didnt delivered half the order and the items that was sent was mostly wrong. Phoned the manager again where he said he will send the balance of the order when his driver is back but untill now hasnt delivered. That store will never see me again after that kind of service.

On a plus note their store in next to the monument park spar offered excellent food and service which we will happily be visiting again.
