Management untruthful
Case 408624. After the manger phoned me and promised to get back to me about their poor customer service I immediately received a sms to say issue was resolved! What was resolved ???? As she was still supposed to investigate and feedback to me! No wonder the staff and the service is of such below par standard! Obviously feedback was given to HO that issue was resolved.
