Lying cheating franchise

After complaining about the poor food and the extremely little portions of the two combos we received. I was called and no agreement was reached all fish aways park view could say is this is their portions even though we received proper portions a week before. They have the nerve to send me this via sms "FishAways Customer Care Case 487439 has been Resolved. We thank you for your interaction." NOTHING has been resolved to just close a complaint is not resolving it. You discuss me, ive wasted my money and my time thinking you could resolve a complaint. Be sure I would tell everyone I know and my whole family who buys from you weekly to not support you at all. R160 for two of this small disgusting portions of food! For that amount I can get do so much more and proper portions of food unlike your, which I still believe is not as advertised. Aftervyou called me to say you will get back to me, I get an sms saying case closed, worst service and now also lying????? Unbelievable
