Loadshedding leads to terrible service ...
Fishaways Saxby and Fishaways Celtis Ridge :
12 December 2020 around 1500/1530 and around 1600 ...
Granted that in the absence of loadshedding this would never happen ...
1st at Fishaways Saxby - my Fishaways of choice !
You got Debonairs Steers and Fishaways in 1 row : the lady with Fishaways uniform sanitized our hands before letting us in the stores which is even more aggravating !
So we stood there looking at the menu deciding on ordering the Platter for 4 ... We stood for at least 10 mins in the Fishaways area and only then we asked at Steers if they were serving at Fishaways - to which the rude ***** said no with no further explanation - so my question is - when we got to the door, did they think I came to visit ???? Why didnt they just tell us they cant serve due to loadshedding - we'd take a salad and leave ...
Part 2 Cletis Ridge : I don't expect good service cos everyone in Celtis Ridge is full of **** : the service reflects the customers ... But be that as it may - again due to loadshedding, at about 1600 we drove to Celtis Ridge ... There were 1 or 2 couples in the queue before us and a customer sitting in the middle booth on the left as you walk in, her chair was facing the staff so she was having a meal ... When we were served the lady told us they cant take orders ... We never got attitude, we were served fine, but was it just a case of the staff not wanting to serve me ?
So business must be booming - 2 Fishaways in a 10km stretch didnt want my R199.00 : really if the loadshedding is affecting production print a sign and stick it on the door and on the counter, dont waste peoples ****ing time !
