Lip Service given without food

Terrible service...Not only did I try again to pay on line, 2 TIMES, money deducted... I further more phoned the shop and placed an order, my food was not delivered, calling back, I was told my order was cancelled because the store had to pay me back…. I had clearly explained I would be paying cash or card, what ever the delivery guy was to be accepting. Disappointed that my order be cancelled without my knowledge
