KIMBERLEY MONUMENT - ABSOLUTE DISGRACEFUL PRODUCT AND SERVICE

My wife had a bad day with one of her colleagues attempting suicide at work. So I offer to bring take aways home from this store... I order 2 x medium Good life Meals for 2 + for our family of 4 (which include 2 hungry teenagers) to save her the hassle of cooking. The manager "Thando" help us order at the kiosk. I ask him for 2 x lemon and 2 x tartare sauces - This order costs me R400, which is not at all cheap, but Im treating my stressed out wife.

I get home, which is a 55 - 60 kilometer drive, to surprise my wife... NO SAUCE, 2 PETITE HAKES PER BOX, HARDLY ANY CHIPS, ONLY 2 COLESLAWS FOR 4 PEOPLE, NO ONION RINGS, AND ABOUT 8 CALAMARI'S PER BOX?!?!!?!?!?!?! I honestly think this is as big as a normal good for life meal for one person!!

So Im losing it here, as after a long day I now have to cook from scratch 7pm in the evening!! Cant believe this store is even in existence with such terrible service.

I call Thando and he says I should return to the store to show him.... Right I just quickly drive 120km at my own expense. Ridiculous.

This is absolutely the worst service I have ever received. I demand a full refund, plus an apology. Terrible Terrible.
