Item's paid for not received on delivery

On Friday nite 18h18 about we ordered 2 pieces of fish, onion rings, rice, coleslaw meal with large chips, one still water and one sparkling water to be delivered. When order arrived the order was completely wrong with no rice and no sparkling water. The motorbike delivery person said he'll fetch the items not there as the slip clearly showed item's. Later well it's Monday morning 6am and still nothing delivered. Furious now.
