Incomplete order

I am very disappointed with Fishaways Krugersdorp. I ordered ' Good Life Meal' on the 27 April 2019 and there were no chips or calamari. The coleslaw was very dry. I always buy from Fishaways and always get what I pay for. I am not certain if I went at 21h00 and they close at 21h30. That being the case cannot cook everything. I cannot attach the picture of what I ate.
