I made an order and it was not my first time ordering but the lady who assisted me said my details where not in the system and that maybe someone deleted them. I asked if this normally happens and was told \maybe". She then took forever to take down my details i spent 10mins giving them to her and had to call twice in previous dealings with other branches they call you back if they dont finish taking your order in time she didnt. I then waited for 40mins and had to call back about my order i was told it is out and waiting for the driver to collect. It still didnt come and I called back this was now an hour after making my order and was asked for number name and address again then told that they no longer take calls for fishaways as their debonairs and yet they share the same number and have used it before for fishaways and its on the fishaways website.<br> They must just put it up on their website that they cant take down orders and deliver. Really not happy with their service if they dont value their customers they shouldnt be in business. They change the image of fishaways into something very ugly and disorganised."""
