Impatience

Lady who seems to be managing both Steers and Fishaways usually shares duty behind the till machine from time to time. My mother, very small eater, orders a regular portion of hake. The problem starts where the woman brings it to our attention that the regulat portion is very small/for kids and that the medium portion is bigger. (marketing technique or genuine concern? Not sure). I answer by saying \we will go with the regular portion."My mom then realises the fish of descent size she had the last time was the Angel Fish. We then kindly ask if we can change the order to the Angel Fish. We get no answer. The lady is clearly frustrated and asks for the initial order docket back from the chef behind the holding compartments used to hold/keep warm the readymade food. She then starts to make the changes on the system. Not sure if me or my 30 thousand instagram/twitter follwers will want to go back to that branch. Not expecting to be s**** fed.
