Ignoring hungry patrons

There was a huge delay in getting our food, I don't know what the issue was because the staff were ignoring all the unhappy patrons. One person was asking for his money back because he was out of time and needed to go, the cashier just walked away from him. No explanation of what the issue was or assurance that our food would come. No apology for the delay or explanation. The only saving grace was a lady who works for Anat that was helping everyone. Shocking service delivery.
