Ignoring ?

Made a complaint on thier website Recieved call notice Customer Information Request for - CAS-***-D2D0H0 CRM:***, requested my contact details, sent them , and now nothing. not even an acknowlegement of them recieving the mail. Original complaint was for a piece of way overcooked Fish, shrunken to half the size of the other piece, tough as an old leather belt. When will you be contacting me?
