I waited 1hour 15mins for food

My work colleagues have been ordering from Steers/Fishaway & Debonairs for a while now sometimes up to 4days a week. All employees only order from there as it is the closest.Today my 4 colleagues and I ordered from Fishaways at 11:05am the order was eventually put through by 11:15 Lindile that answered the phone was slow in taking down the info. I asked her if the order will be here by 12(lunch time) and the total amount due , she confirmed. R149.90.We always order from there because there is no delivery charge.I then received a call at 11:35 to say that the driver wants a delivery fee because we are far.. according to google maps we are 4.4kms/8mins away from the store. How is that far?The guy on the phone said this was the first his heard of charging for delivery and said he will speak to the manager. Last Friday, the delivery guy demanded a delivery fee which wasnt added to the total on the till slip but slotted into the notes.Came 12pm(lunch time) we havent received our food. I called in and they said the driver had left. I called in at 12:15pm driver is on his way. At 12:35 (after our company lunch time) 5 employees receive their lunch. We didnt end up eating lunch today!!!!!
