I am livid because of Fishaways!

I am extremely bored and disappointed with Fishaways! I ordered a meal, added stir-fry and hake to the meal. My wife and I then drove to collect our food. As we drove away they called saying they forgot to put in the stir-fry, we then turned and fetched it (my wife went it again with the food they gave us, asked them if everything was there and they said yes). We got home (my wife had to drove somewehere) and as I dished up, I realised that they did not put in the extra hake I ordered and paid for!!!! Since I don't have an available car to drive there (since my wife left with the car) I called them. For over an hour I've been calling TO NO AVAIL! The call center people keep putting me through to extension 836 which does not get answered! The call center people themselves say they are unable to help nor can they call the store! What then must happen because food I paid for is missing and I'm unable to get through to the store??? Why do they even have a phone!!? The last time I ordered food from them I had to cancel my order because I placed the order at 18:00 and 4 hours later, that is, at 22:00 the food was still not here! Please fix this mess and know that you have officially lost yourselves a client for good. Never again will I buy food from Fishaways! Ever! The food is not even as nice as Ocean Basket nx.
