Hygiene in the Kitchen

Yesterday (7/3/2018) I went to your Woodmead store to order a Good Life Meal for my Manager. I made it very clear that she didn't want chips and heard the cashier tell the kitchen staff 3 times no chips. When the order was complete the cashier checked the order and the kitchen had added chips so the order went back to the kitchen. The kitchen staff removed the chip by hand (no gloves) and the replaced the calamari back on top of the rice. When I asked where her gloves were I got a dirty look and was told there are no gloves. With all the illnesses making its rounds don't you think the kitchen staff should be wearing gloves? And to make matters worse she was assisting at the cashier point before going into the kitchen to prepare my order. Did she wash her hands (seeing though she worked with the money). What's Fishaways kitchen policy? My office spends a lot of money at the Woodmead Fishaways and after this experience I'm in two minds as to whether I'd purchase food from there again.
